Getting a good night’s sleep is important for many reasons – it helps us to stay focussed on work during the day, it can help us to heal, and it boosts the immune system. Tidy and De-Clutter – If your bedroom is untidy, it will make it harder to relax and drop off. Having a tidy and well organised bedroom will help you to achieve the sense of calm that you need. Switch off the Screens – The light that emits from screens like phones, laptops and televisions keeps the brain awake, so sitting in bed on your phone is never a good idea.
